Why can't I see the Email Scheduler app?

If you are having problems seeing the Email Scheduler app from within your Salesforce account, you'll want to check the following:

1 - Go to Setup -> Installed Packages


2 - Check to make sure the Status shows "Active".  If it does not, then you'll want to check your subscription details on the AppExchange.


3 - Click on Managed Licenses and verify that your particular user account has been granted access to Email Scheduler
